Alliance of civilizations unveiled
Promoting "Alliance of Civilisations" between West and the Islamic world, with South African archbishop Desmond Tutu and former Iranian president Mohammad Khatami as two of its 18 members, is a new UN initiative reveated this Friday that Tony Blair describes as "coalition of civil people from whatever race or religion to combat the barbarity of terrorism."
